Since its establishment, Access Israel has revolutionized the quality of life and accessibility for hundreds of thousands of people with disabilities and elderly in Israel, and has become a leading organization worldwide and a model for making businesses, governmental, academic and non-profit organizations fully accessible.

These achievements result from a wide range of innovative projects, ongoing awareness activities and improvement of business models aimed at making Israel an accessible place.


JNF is a nonprofit organization and United Nations NGO (non-governmental organization) that gives all generations of Jews a unique voice in building a prosperous future for the land of Israel and its people.

Jewish National Fund ensures that no member of Israeli society is left behind. JNF ensures that the inclusion of people with disabilities and special needs should be woven tightly into the fabric of Jewish life. All the more so in Israel.

Through a variety of initiatives and partnerships, JNF is providing state-of-the-art rehabilitative services, special education and medical care in areas where they were previously unavailable. Beyond the medical, they are also ensuring that recreational facilities, including forests, parks, picnic areas, playgrounds and nature trails, are inclusive for visitors of all ability levels.


Friendship Circle of Jerusalem engages children and teens with special needs through a full range of experiences while providing parents and families of children and teens with special needs with much-needed respite and support. With these activities Friendship Circle enriches, inspires and motivates teenagers through sharing of themselves with others. Friendship Circle of Jerusalem also creates a sense of responsibility and connection to the Jewish community for teenagers through educational and social opportunities.
